7 hard boiled eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 T. Dijon or spicy mustard
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. celery salt
paprika
Italian seasoning (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs about 15 minutes, cool. Peel eggs, then cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with a fork until smooth. Add mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, pepper and celery salt. Mix well. Spoon onto egg whites and sprinkle with paprika and Italian seasoning.
