500 gms hamburger
125 ml bread crumbs
2 mls salt
\15 mls oil
15 ml minced onion
1 egg
pinch pepper

Sauce
125 mls water
125 mls brown sugar
60 mls vinegar
60 mls ketchup
15 mls Soya sauce
15 mls cornstarch
Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, onions, crumbs, egg and seasoning together
SHape into 2.5 cm balls. Add oil to pan and heat.
Brown meatballs
Mix sauce together and pour over cooked meatballs bring to boil
