1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 T. water
29 oz. sliced peaches, drained
1 loaf Texas Toast, or thick sliced bread
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt brown sugar, butter, and water together in 9x13 glass casserole. Place peaches on top. Lay bread slices on top of peaches. Mix eggs, milk, and vanilla. Pour over top and bake 350º for 45 minutes. Serve with syrup or confectioners sugar.
