1 1/2 lb sweet potatoes(3)
1 1/2 lb potatoes(3)
5 carrots sliced lengthwise
1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
1/4 grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
\line a cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper
scrub potatoes and cut into wedges
toss potatoes with salad dressing and place on cookie sheet
Bake for 30 minutes Turn potatoes and cook 30 minutes more. Sprinkle with Parmesan during the last 65 min of baking time
