1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
4 c chopped rhubarb tossed with 2 tbsp flour

Topping
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp cinnamon
1 packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cram butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. in another bowl mix flour soda and salt. Add the flour mixture alternately with buttermilk to butter mixture Stir rhubarb into batter
Pour batter into greased 9X 13 inch pan. Blend together toppings ingredients and sprinkle over batter
Bake at 350º for 45 min Serve this moist cake warm with ice cream
