Ingredients:
Ingredients:
20 unbaked frozen dinner rolls (find them with frozen bread dough at the supermarket)
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Before you go to bed on Christmas Eve, lightly grease a 10 inch Bundt cake pan. Place frozen rolls in the pan and sprinkle (somewhat evenly) with brown sugar, then the pudding mix, then the cinnamon. Drizzle the melted butter on top. Cover the pan with a clean damp cloth (kitchen towel), and leave on the counter overnight to thaw and rise at room temperature. (If it is cold in your house overnight, you might want to experiment to find the best place to put it, or start right after supper instead of waiting until bedtime.)

In the morning, preheat the oven to 350ºF, and bake for 20 - 25 min, or until golden brown on top. Turn rolls out onto a serving plate, and dig in!

Personal Notes:
When my sisters and I were little, our Mom would make cinnamon rolls from scratch for our Christmas morning breakfast. Delicious! I'm not half the baker that she is, but when I tried this recipe, (from Leanne Ely: savingdinner.com) I knew I had found a simple version that would enable me to easily share that tradition with my own kids. I don't always wait for Christmas, though: they are great for other special occasions, too. Enjoy!
