1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 T. Knox Gelatine
1/3 c. water
1 lemon (juice and rind)

Directions:
Beat yolks and add 1/2 c. sugar of the 1 cup. Add lemon juice and rind and cook in double boiler until smooth. Soak gelatine in water 5 minutes and add to cooked mixture and boil 4 minutes. Add remaining 1/2 c. sugar in the whites, beaten and fold in the cooked mixture. Fill a baked pie shell.
