4 pork chops
2 T butter or oil
1 small onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 16 oz can tomato sauce
salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste
1 tsp sugar
3 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Add the salt, pepper and garlic powder to both sides of the pork chops. Melt the butter in a large frying pan. Cook chops until they are brown on each side. Remove to a platter. Add the onion and pepper to the frying pan. Saute until the onion and pepper are soft. Mix the tomato sauce, and sugar .Place the pork chops back in the sauce mixture. Simmer for one hour or until the chops are done. Remove the pork chops. Add a little water if the sauce is too thick, then pour the sauce over the rice mixing will. Ready to serve
