1 lb. each Pork and beef ground
1 can corn
1 can tomatoes chopped
1 can pimentos
1 large onion chopped
1/2 c shortening
salt
pepper
3/4 Tbsp chili powder
1 c corn meal
1 c milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt shortening and brown onion and meat together, add spices, tomatoes, pimentoes, and corn. Simmer 15 minutes. Mix together eggs and milk and cornmeal with fork. Add to meat and blend. Shape into a loaf and put into a loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees

Serve with chili sauce: 3 Tbsp shortening, 3 Tbsp flour, salt and pepper, add water to make as thick as desired. Add chili powder to suit taste.
