1 head of lettuce broken up
2 stalks celery chopped
1 medium onion
1 can English peas
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg mozzarella cheese
6 slices cooked bacon broken up
Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice (set aside)
in large bowl layer lettuce, peas, celery, & onion
Cover with mayonnaise mixture
Sprinkle with cheese & bacon crumbs
Chill 2 hrs
