1 acorn squash cut into 3-4" pieces
1 butternut squash cut into 3-4" pieces
1 yellow squash cut into 3-4" pieces
2 sweet potatoes quartered
4 carrots halve length-wise and cut into 3-4" pieces
1 red bell pepper cut into strips
1 orange bell pepper cut into strips
1 green bell pepper cut into strips
1 red onion chopped into 2" pieces
1 cube of butter cut into pats
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup of water
salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1/4 cup of brown sugar if you want it sweet

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 13X9 baking dish. Place all vegetables in baking dish. Add water, place pats of butter on top, drizzle with maple syrup. Bake at 350º until vegetables are soft (about 40 minutes).
