28-oz. can cut-up tomatoes
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
green pepper rings for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Drain tomatoes; set aside. Add water to juice to equal 1 3/4 cups; set aside. Brown chops; drain. Combine seasonings and sprinkle over chops. Add rice, onion, green pepper, tomatoes and liquid. Cover; simmer about 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and cook until cheese melts.
