5 pounds of potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 stick of butter
1 cup sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces. Put them into a large saucepan, cover with water and boil until tender. Drain potatoes, Add remaing ingredient to the drained potatoes, mash or beat. Adjust your salt and pepper. Place in shallow baking dish. At this ponit you can serve or cover with foil and refridgerate for a few days. A great way to have a make ahead dish for the holidays.
