1/2 Cup Boiling Water
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Vinegar
3 Egg Whites ( Stiffly Beaten )
10 Marshmallows ( Quarter )
1 Coconut ( Angel Flake )

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan boil the water and add the vinegar and sugar and stir over heat until sugar dissolves. Cover for 2 minutes to prevent the sugar from crystallizing, cook without stirring. Remove cover and cook until candy thermometer reaches 238º .
Pour in a thin stream over stiffly beaten egg whites beating constantly. Add marshmallow pieces and continue beating until cool and thick enough to spread on cake and sprinkle with coconuts.
