1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
4 Eggs ( Large )
1 Can Libby's Pure Pumpkin ( 29 Ounce )
2 Cans Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 Double Crust Pastry Shell ( Tom's )

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large mixing bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar and spice mixture.
Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
Pour mixture into the two pie shells.
Bake in preheated 425º oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350º : bake 40-50 minutes of until a knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator.
