1 package (8) flour tortillas
1 package burrito seasoning mix
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound (3 to 4) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 2-inch strips
1 1/2 cups water

Toppings:
Shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded iceberg lettuce
Chopped green onions
Sliced ripe olives
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Add burrito seasoning mix and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture is thickened.

Remove tortillas from plastic bag. Microwave on high power for 10 to 15 seconds or until warm.

Spread chicken mixture over tortillas. Top with cheese, lettuce, green onions, olives, and salsa. Fold into burritos.
