small can garden peas, drained
2 cans shoepeg corn, drained
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 to 1 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 can tomato soup
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp worchestire

Salt and cook carrots. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and mix together.
