1 Envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
4 Medium Potatoes ( Cut into Wedges )
1/3 Cup of Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 425º . In a lathe storage bag mix all of the ingredients, coating the potatoes well.
Add the potato mixture to a 13x9 baking pan.
Bake, stirring occasionally; 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
