Crust:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 sticks margarine (softened)

Cream Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
2/3 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 of large cool whip (12 ounces)
Mix well and spread over cooled crust

Pudding:
2 1/2 cups very cold milk
2 pkgs pistachio instant pudding

Topping:
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pistachio nuts
Remaining 1/2 tub of Cool Whip

1. Crust:
Mix all ingredients well with a pastry blender and press into an ungreased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees till light brown (15 to 20 minutes). Cool completely.

2. Cream Filling Layer:
Mix all ingredients well and spread over cooled crust.

3. Pudding
Put pudding and milk into a bowl and beat until it thickens. Spread over cream cheese mixture.

4. Topping:
Spread remaining cool whip over the pudding and sprinkle with chopped walnuts or pistachios. Refrigerate 2 hrs before serving.
