1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
2 tsp. soda
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugars, add peanut butter and cream very well. Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Using a tablespoon drop cookie dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Taking a fork press down on top of cookie dough and mix crisscrossed. Bake at 350º for 10 -12 minutes
