2/3 c. oleo
4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
3 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. peanut butter

Topping:
1 package of semi sweet chocolate chips
2/3 c. peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients for bars and spread out into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes in a 350º preheated oven. Meanwhile melt peanut butter and chocolate chips in microwave safe dish in 20-30 second intervals, stirring inbetween. When topping is mixed and bars are out of oven, spread topping over top of bars and chill bars in fridge for 2 hours. Cut bars with sharp knife and enjoy.

Bars can be eaten straight from fridge, but are very hard, if you let them sit out for about 15-20 minutes then the bars will cut easier, and are easier to eat!
