1 1/2 lbs Fresh Mushrooms
3/4 cup Chopped Onion
3/4 cup chopped Green Peppers
3/4 cup chopped Celery
3/4 cup Mayo
Salt & Pepper to taste
9 slices of Bread
3 Eggs
1 1/2 cup Milk
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms slightly, do not wash, wipe with damp towel only.Butter 7 slices of bread and cut up in squares. Put 4 of the cut up pieces of bread in bottom of casserole dish. Cook vegetables until transparent and drain. Combine vegetables, mushrooms and mayo. Put this mixture over bread squares. Put remaining bread squares on the top of this. Slightly beat up 3 eggs, add 1 1/2 cup of milk. Pour this over all and refrigerate at least 3 hours or over night. When ready to bake add 2 more slices of bread, buttered and cut up. Over this add 1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted. Bake 1 hour at 325º 10 Minutes before serving add shredded cheese.
