4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/4 lb.) cut into chunks
1 can (12 1/4 oz.) chicken broth
2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) Velveeta cut-up
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook and stir chicken in a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray until no longer pink.
2. Stir in broth, bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover with a tight fitting lid. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
3. Add Velveeta cheese and broccoli. Stir until Velveeta is melted.
