3 medium baking Potatoes
1 stick Butter
1 pt Light Cream or Half-n-Half
1/2 cup chopped Green Onions
Real Bacon Bits
Salt & Pepper
2 cup Sour Cream
Grated Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes until done. Peel and chop into large chunks. Melt butter in large pan over low heat. Slowly stir in cream until melted and well combined. Add potatoes, green onions, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and refrigerate overnight. Heat soup until hot. Garnish with grated cheese, green onion and real bacon bits,
