1 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
4 eggs
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
1 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour and eggs; blend by hand, but do not beat. Melt chocolate and margarine in a saucepan; stir in nuts. Combine sugar mixture, chocolate mixture and vanilla; blend, but do not beat. Pour into paper-lined muffin tins and bake at 325º for about 30 minutes.
