1 1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked & shelled (3 lb. with shells)
3 pkg. frozen asparagus spears (barely cooked & drained)
1 stick margarine or butter, softened
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cans Campbell's Cream of Shrimp soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
juice of 1 medium lemon
pinch of sugar
pinch of cayenne pepper

Layer asparagus, then shrimp in 9x13 in. casserole dish. Sprinkle a little salt over the top. Repeat layers. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour over shrimp & asparagus. Heat, uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes.
