Ingredients: 1 Reynolds Oven Bag, large size (16x17 1/2 in.) 2 tbsp. flour 1/3 c. orange juice 2 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 2 pork tenderloins (3/4 lb. each) dried basil seasoned salt 2-4 medium carrots, sliced 2 medium apples, cored, cut into eighths

Directions:Preheat oven to 350º. Shake flour in oven bag. Place bag in 13x9x2 in. baking pan with opening towards wide side of pan. Add orange juice, honey & mustard to oven bag. Squeeze bag to blend in flour. Sprinkle tenderloins with basil & seasoned salt, to taste. Place in bag, tucking the narrow end of each tenderloin under for even cooking. Place carrot & apple slices in bag around tenderloins. Close bag with nylon tie. Cut 6 (1/2 in.) slits in top of bag. Tuck ends of bag into pan. Bake 40-45 minutes until meat thermometer reads 160º. |
