1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes, cut up
water
1 pkg. Lawry's Enchilada Sauce Mix
2 lb. chuck steak
1 pkg. Lawry's Tenderizing Beef Marinade, prepared according to pkg. directions
cheddar cheese, grated
green onion, chopped (including tops)

Combine tomatoes & enough water to make 3 c. In a saucepan, blend enchilada sauce mix & tomato/water mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer, uncovered 15 minutes. Meanwhile, thoroughly pierce both sides of steak with tines of fork. Cut into chunks & place in prepared tenderizer beef marinade. Marinate 10 minutes only, turning pieces several times. Add marinated steak pieces to sauce & simmer, covered for 30 minutes. Top with cheese & onions before serving.
