Ingredients:  
1 lb. pork, cut in small cubes
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. stew meat, cut in small pieces.
1 large onion, chopped
1 garlic cloves, crushed
2 medium cans chopped green chilies
2 - 16 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
1 large can stewed tomatoes
20 oz. (approx.) tomato juice
2 - 16 oz. cans red kidney beans
1 large can chili beans
1 package chili seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork. stew meat, hamburger and onion. Add garlic, tomatoes, tomato juice, green chilies and seasoning package. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer several hours, stirring often. Two hours before serving, add beans.
Serve with grated sharp cheddar cheese and chopped onions. Corn bread and or oyster crackers are good too.
