2-3 chicken breasts
Your favorite salsa
Soft tortilla shells
3/4 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Spray butter or stick butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts,(either grill or cook on stove).
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces. Stir salsa over chicken until the meat is well coated and juicy. With spray butter or stick butter, coat one side of the tortilla shell. On the opposite side fill the shell with chicken and salsa filling, Sprinkle with cheese and fold closed. Place baking dish. Continue filling the tortillas. Pour a little salsa down the center of the tortillas and sprinkle with more cheese.
Bake at 425º for 10 - 13 minutes or until toasty brown.

White flour tortillas or good, but also the healthier wheat tortillas are good as well.
You could also use Jack Cheese or Mozzarella. White cheese is best.
