36 fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 stick butter, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
2/3 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 tbsp. red wine
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. Lipton onion dip mix
1/3 c. crushed Fritos

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms. Brown caps with melted butter. Combine stick of butter, garlic & cheese. Add wine, soy sauce, dip mix & Fritos. Fill caps & broil 3-5 minutes.
