1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 large eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. real butter, melted
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 9 in. pie shell, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine sugar & flour, mixing well. Stir in eggs. Add melted butter & buttermilk. Add both extracts & nutmeg, stirring to mix. Prick pie shell well with fork. Pour mixture into pie shell & bake at 425º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º & bake 30-35 minutes more, until top just begins to brown. Insert toothpick in center to check for doneness. Sprinkle nutmeg on top if desired before serving.
