2 lbs. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 c. butter, divided
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 T. garlic, minced
3 T. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. white wine
1 T. Parsley
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute shrimp in 1/4 c. butter until pink. Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in remaining 1/4 c. butter until soft. Add flour to veggies. Stir in flour. Pour in broth and wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Allow mixture to cool before folding in sour cream and shrimp. Heat again, but do not boil. Serve over rice or in pastry cup.
