2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can diced green chilies
12 tortillas
1 large container sour cream
1 3/4 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 jar picante sauce
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
grated cheddar cheese as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with chopped onion add taco seasoning mix. Fry tortillas in oil just until soft. Blot dry. Mix soup, sour cream, green chilies and picante sauce. Spread 1/4 soup mix on bottom of large rectangular baking dish and place meat and onion mixture in tortillas-roll . Place rolls over soup mixture seam side down-spread remaining mixture over the top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

When my mom made these, I think that she used spicy Monterey Jack cheese. I remember she made this dish for me the first day I came home from the hospital with Violet. A spicy dish for a new mom!
