2-3 drops peppermint oil
Ritz crackers

Melt chocolate, add oil and stir. Dip Ritz crackers in chocolate and place on wire rack over a piece of waxed paper. You may use sprinkles on top for decoration - be sure to add them while chocolate is warm and not set.
