2 cups boiling water,
2 cups 100% Nabisco Bran,
1 cup canola oil,
2 cups sugar or equivalent sweetner,
4 eggs, beaten,
1 quart buttermilk,
5 cups sifted flour,
5 tsp. soda,
1 tsp. salt,
4 cups Kellogy's All-Bran.

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over Nabisco 100% Bran, sugar and shortening. Add eggs, buttermilk to soaked bran. Sift together dry ingredients and add. Add Kellogy's Bran and stir until just moistened. Bake 400 for 15 in greased muffin tin. Dates, nuts and dried fruit can be added. Mix can be stored covered in refrigerator indefinitely.
