2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
4 cups grated cheddar cheese
1- 10 ¼ ounce can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups sour cream
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, 2 cups of the cheddar cheese, the soup, sour cream, butter, onion and salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Place in a buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and bake for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Return to the oven and bake 10 minutes longer. Enjoy !
