1 lb. hot sausage meat
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
3 cups Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese and let stand at room temperature until easily manageable. Mix all ingredients together (with hands) and form into small balls. Bake at 350º until brown, about 15 minutes.

Can freeze well unbaked.
