5 cups chicken breast meat for fajitas
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded colby cheese
4 cups cooked white rice
1 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375ºF. In a 9-inch square pan, place frozen chicken. Pour
barbecue sauce over chicken and stir to coat; sprinkle with cheeses. Bake
at 375ºF. for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated and cheese is melted. Serve
alone or over rice, topped with tomato and green onions. Serves 4-5.
