16 large mushroom caps, cleaned
2 cups italian bread crumbs
1 tsp black pepper
fresh chopped parlsey
1/2 cup romano cheese
2 cloves garlic minced
4 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Layer mushrooms in baking pan
Mix all dry ingredients
Add olive oil (leaving 1 tblsp to drizzle on top)
Stuff Caps
Drizzle with additional olive oil
Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 mins or until golden brown
