16 oz cream cheese (room temp blends better)

2/3 cup Splenda

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon almond extract

1/2 pint sour cream

4 Tablespoons Splenda

1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Butter bottom and sides of GLASS pie plate.

16 oz cream cheese (room temperature blends better)

2/3 cup Splenda

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon almond extract

Beat cheese and Splenda till smooth. Add eggs one at a time and then almond extract till creamy. Pour in pie plate and bake for 35-40 minutes. Center will rise and edges turn golden. Remove from oven and cool for 20 mins. Center will fall as it cools and form an edge. While cooling....

Mix till smooth

1/2 pint sour cream

4 tablespoon Splenda

1 teaspoon vanilla

Pour into center of cooled pie and spread outward to formed edges. Bake for 12 minutes longer, till center is set. Let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate
