oysters (shucked) or shrimp (cleaned and deveined)
vegetable oil (for frying)
1 cup flour
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 eggs
1/2 cup hot sauce
hoagie rolls
lettuce
tomato
tarter sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil to 375º.

Place flour in a bowl and add garlic powder, pepper and salt - beat. In another bowl, beat eggs and add the hot sauce. Dredge shrimp in egg mixture then flour mixture. Drop in oil 1 at a time into hot oil. Fry until golden brown and drain on paper towels.

Place on buns and add tarter sauce, lettuce and tomatoes!
