1 lime
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1/4 cup honey
l lb honeydew melon (cleaned and chunked)

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze juice of lime into large microwave-safe bowl. Break rosemary springs in half. Add honey and rosemary to lime juice. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.

Remove - discard rosemary sprigs. Whisk sauce until blended. Stir in honeydew chunks until coated.

Serve.
