17 oz pork tenderloin with sauce (Hormel)
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp mayonnaise (split)
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp mesquite seasoning
10 oz cabbage (shredded)
2 Tbsp barbecue sauce
sandwich rolls (egg or your favorite)
sliced smoked Gouda cheese

Directions:

Split rolls by cutting in half. Spread 2 Tbsp mayonnaise over rolls and sprinkle with mesquite seasoning.

Preheat large saute pan on med-high for 2 - 3 minutes. Drain sauce from pork in medium bowl. Stir in 1/4 cup mayonnaise, vinegar and green onions until blended. Stir in cabbage until coated and set aside.

Place rolls in pan with cut side down - toast buns for 1 - 2 minutes until golden. Set aside. Place pork slices in pan, cover and cook 2 - 3 minutes until thoroughly heated.

Spread barbecue sauce on bottom of halves of rolls; top with pork slices, cheese, slaw and top half of rolls.

Serve remaining slaw on side.
