2 1/2 cups flour (sifted)
1 Tbl. baking powder
1 Tsp. salt
1/2 Tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup crisco
1 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients "CUT" in shortening add buttermilk and blend. roll out dough on floured wax paper until about 3/4 inch cut into rounds and place on cookie sheet.

Bake in preheated oven 425º until fluffy and brown.
