1 pound real butter
1 pound box dark brown sugar
1 1/2 gallon GOOD vanilla ice cream
1 Tbl. cinnamon
1 tsp ground Nutmeg

Melt the butter and brown sugar together, add cinnamon and nutmeg Stir in the icecream and mix pour into as large bowl or ice cube trays (sprayed) refreeze and use2 cubes per cup of hot buttered rum.
