2 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach
2 c herbed stuffing mix
½ c finely chopped onions
4 eggs, beaten to blend
¾ c butter, melted
½ c grated parmesan cheese
1 T garlic powder
1 t thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Form mixture into 1” balls. Cover and chill in refrigerator 2 hours or until firm OR place on a greased baking sheet, freeze until firm. Place in plastic storage bags until ready to use. To serve: Preheat oven to 350°. Place spinach balls on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned. Let stand on pans for 1 minute. Serve warm.
