1 stick of butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 Cup milk
Filling
1 large Ricotta
3 egg whites
2/3Cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
add a couple of teaspoons of flour if watery

º Roll out your dough and place in a spring form pan
Add the filling and bake at 250 cook till it is a golden brown and filling is dry
