2 pork tenderloins, plain
1 small jar plum sauce
1 T. fresh ginger root, diced finely

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ginger root and plum sauce. Place pork tenderloins in a large zip lock baggie. Add marinade. Refrigerate over night. Place tenderloins on a medium hot gas or charcoal grill and cook about 7 minutes on one side. Turn tenderloins and cook another 7 minutes. Remove from heat and place on a cookie sheet. Cover loosely with aluminum foil. Allow to rest 15 minutes before slicing. Slice into thin medallions and serve on toasted finger bread.

Do not over cook the pork. If it sticks to the grill while turning, carefully try to turn the pork with a turning tool. The meat will stick to the grill if not charred properly.
