2 T. butter
3/4 c. onion
3/4 c. celery
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 T. mustard
1/4 c. worchestershire
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. tabasco
3 c. ketchup
2 c. water
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large Dutch oven, saute onion and celery in butter. When veggies are soft, add the rest of the ingredients except for the lemon juice. Cook until smooth and lump free then add lemon juice. Pour into air-tight container and hold for 1-2 weeks.
